Michael Fiske graduated from Joliet East High School in 1972. He received his master’s in music education from Indiana University Jacobs School of Music in 1988 and his bachelor’s in music education from Bradley University in 1977. He had hoped to spend his career at Joliet East, but a pending closing of the school sent him to other opportunities before he could return to JTHS.
