JTHS BAA Monthly Meeting Minutes 4.13.11

 

Attendance: Brad, Jan, Melissa, Kevin, Mary Beth

 

The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m.

 

Melissa motions to add Kevin as a three-year board member.  Kevin accepts, Jan seconds.  Kevin is appointed as a board member.

 

Melissa motions to continue the hearing of the minutes to next week when we have quorum.  Kevin seconds.  Motion carries.

 

Kevin moves to approve treasurer’s report.  Melissa seconds.  Motion carries.

 

Kevin motions to reimburse Jan for postage.  Melissa seconds.  Motion carries.

 

Postcard follow-up:

    Postcards looked good, and the price was great.

    Only suggestion is to clean up the East logo.

 

Timeline Review:

  Looks good

  Merchandising: Pencils for folders, coasters, mugs, travel mugs, Polo

      LOGO: Our normal emblem with a ribbon that says 100 years

  Music: Can we electronically send the music to performers?  John Troughton has a scanner.

  Photographer: We should have a couple.  We were not happy with the previous photographer, Ainsworth. 

  Advertising: Ch. 6 - add this to January on the timeline

  Honoree options: Mark Peterson, Jim Smelser, Dean Sayles, Ron Polancich, Ben Miller, Rich Blatti, Mike Jothen, Mark Ostrich, Joe Shaw, Bob Guenzler, Carlo Isabelli, Joe Maeilli
